The following is the initial approved draft of the Rules and Regulations of Saw Creek Estates, drafted by the Board of Directors, and effective July 16, 2000.

INTRODUCTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAW CREEK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors (the 'Board) of the Saw Creek Estates Community Association (the 'Association') has the responsibility pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Saw Creek [amended] (the 'Declaration) to manage the affairs of the Association, to preserve and maintain the property at Saw Creek and to protect the health, safety and welfare of the Members; and,

WHEREAS, under Article IV 1, Section B of the By-Laws shall mean and refer to the Rules and Regulations of the Association as approved and adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:

1. That the Rules and Regulations dated the 15th day Of        July, 2000 shall become the community rules and regulations.

2. That all community owners/members shall be subject to and comply with the rules and regulations as promulgated.

3. That this Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS  15th DAY OF JULY 2000.
